This Servo Palletizing Machine is specially designed for the bucket, square bucket assembly line after the stack, the system body light, small area, powerful, can meet the use of different environments. Using servo control positioning is accurate, grasp (suction) reliable do not drop the bucket, according to the required grouping mode and the number of layers, complete the bucket, box and other products palletizing, the whole process of palletizing is completely automated, without manual intervention, can automatically adjust the operation speed, and the whole production line synchronous operation. The optimized design makes the stack type close, neat, translation, rise and fall smooth and reliable.

This machine has a high degree of automation, with the use of touch screen, programmable controller, change the specifications, stack type only need to change the parameters on the touch screen. The machine is equipped with a safety protection door. When the door plate is opened, the equipment automatically stops working to protect the personal safety of the operators.

The machine covers a small area, saves the site, reduces the labor intensity of the rear packaging, and saves manpower and production costs. The palletizing mode is automatically switched according to the setting of the operation interface, with the interlock control function (set the alarm for the end of the last bucket after the batch and prompt the manual processing bucket); In the case of sudden power failure, the grip still keeps the bucket not loose;
