Lifting mechanism

The main function of the lid lifting mechanism is to lift the lid of the barrel automatically, so as to prepare for the subsequent pressing work. It consists of a set of manipulator and conveyor belt. When the barrel enters the work station, the manipulator will lift the barrel lid automatically, and then put it on the conveyor belt, and the barrel will be clamped by the barrel clamping mechanism and then sent to the capping mechanism.

Cap mechanism

The function of the capping mechanism is to tidy up the lifted pail lid to ensure the capping effect. It consists of a set of rotating wheels and guide rails. When the barrel lid passes through the capping mechanism, it will roll along the guide rail, and at the same time, it will be tidied up by the rotating wheel. This can ensure that the barrel lid will not be skewed or misplaced, providing good preconditions for the subsequent capping work.

Capping mechanism

The capping mechanism is the core part of the capping machine, which consists of a set of capping wheel and transmission device. When the barrel passes through the capping mechanism, the capping wheel will gradually press according to the set pressure, and press the barrel cap firmly on the barrel mouth. In order to ensure the durability of the equipment and not to cause damage to the pail and the cap, the capping belt and the clamping belt are made of special materials. At the same time, the capping machine also has the function of detecting the slanting and crooked caps, so that the unqualified caps can be rejected to ensure the qualified rate of the products.

Conveying and rejecting mechanism

The conveying and rejecting mechanism mainly consists of conveyor belt and rejecting device. The barrels processed by the capping machine will continue to move along the conveyor belt, while the unqualified barrels will be automatically rejected by the rejecting device.
