This product is a linear injection type oil filling machine, adopting PLC and touch screen automation control, which has the advantages of accurate measurement, advanced structure, smooth operation, low noise, wide adjustment range and fast filling speed.

The machine is controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC) and operated by touch screen for easy adjustment.

The machine adopts advanced mechatronics technology, replacing any kind of filling specifications only need to modify the parameters in the touch screen, and can simultaneously make a substantial overall adjustment of the filling volume of all the filling heads, as well as a single micro-adjustment of the filling volume of each head. At the same time, PLC configuration parameter memory function, convenient for a variety of dosage filling rapid conversion.

The main running parts are equipped with sensors to provide timely feedback on the running status of each part, e.g. the main machine will automatically shut down and alarm in case of bottle pouring and bottle blocking, and the material tank will automatically shut down and alarm in case of no material.

Diving filling, according to the characteristics of various materials and liquids can be customised in different diving mode and diving range.

The whole machine is made according to GMP standard, each pipeline connection adopts quick-fit connection mode, which is convenient for disassembling and cleaning, and the parts in contact with materials and exposed parts are made of high-quality stainless steel.

The main machine is equipped with protective frame and safety sensor, effectively eliminating gas pollution at the production site.

This machine is equipped with a cleaning system and cleaning programme to control the spray head for fast and automatic cleaning.

Automation control system

The overall assembly line can be composed of several PLC systems, each system can be controlled independently and interlocked. It has the functions of system self-test, fault alarm and displaying motion status, precision, speed, adjustment, accumulated shift production, etc. Each system comes with human-machine interface, and all parameters can be operated on the human-machine interface. Provide detailed flow chart and logic diagram of assembly line control process. And the system can store a variety of specifications, one-key switching, without cumbersome settings.


Material level control system

Filling level tank level control and adjustment system can be completed with production system product pumps and realise self-control function. Filling tank level real-time display, according to the tank level automatically control the oil inlet valve, and in high or low level alarm. Filling tank should be equipped with cleaning and spraying system, consisting of spray pipe and pneumatic ball valve, when material switching is required, drain the tank crude oil, automatically open the cleaning ball valve and spray the cleaning oil on the wall of the oil storage tank. You can choose manual or automatic way to clean the pipeline and filling head. Liquid level is controlled automatically and has high and low oil level alarm and liquid level display.


Filling nozzle system

Adopting long stroke, anti-drip nozzle, mainly for the filling of materials that are easy to bubble and hang silk. With this type of nozzle, the foaming phenomenon can be effectively eliminated, and no residual material dripping to the outside of the bottle mouth.

The leakage catching groove under the filling nozzle can catch the droplets left by the nozzle after filling and collect them centrally. Bottle clamping plate can accurately clamp the bottle mouth for quick filling. Leak catching discs are fitted on the conveyor section before and after filling. Prevent dripping on the floor. Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the workshop.


Filling parameter setting and operation through the touch screen operation, simple and intuitive, troubleshooting alarm, prompt function. Touch screen has internal battery, with memory storage programme function, can store multiple sets of parameters, can view historical data. Can be named for different procedures, replace different specifications or change production capacity, just adjust different parameters, can improve work efficiency.


Material storage system

All of them adopt quick-fit clamp form, and all pipeline joints are installed with anti-drip gaskets; the use of raw material belt is eliminated, which ensures that the equipment will not be infiltrated or dripped for a long time;

Three-way pneumatic valve is installed on the top of the piston cylinder, which is convenient for the precise fine-tuning of the metering of each filling head;

All the hoses are made of corrosion-resistant materials with long service life;
