This filling machine is designed for 100-1500kg liquid barrel packaging of chemical materials packaging system, submerged in the barrel mouth under the liquid level filling, the gun head rises with the liquid level. The electrical control part of the machine is controlled by frequency conversion governor, weighing instrument, etc., which is easy to use and adjust and has strong control ability. It is suitable for the packaging of coatings, chemicals, base oils, and raw materials and auxiliaries of intermediate chemical products of various viscosity levels.

The filling department of this machine realizes fast filling and slow filling through thick and thin double pipes, and the filling flow rate is adjustable. At the beginning of filling, both pipes are opened at the same time. After filling to the fast filling set amount, the thick pipe is closed, and the thin pipe continues to fill slowly until the set overall filling amount is reached. All valves and interfaces are sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene.
