Automatic control system

The whole line is composed of a number of PLC systems, which can be controlled independently and interlocked with each other. With system self-test, fault display alarm and display of equipment status, accuracy, speed, output and other functions, each system has its own man-machine interface, all parameters can be operated on the man-machine interface. Filling system and open capping system

Filling gun head: adopts the form of external plug, and automatically dives into the mouth of the barrel (the bottom of the barrel) to fill, and automatically rises after filling. The filling head is hollow in design, and the material hanging wire can be purged after the gun head is closed to prevent material spatter.

The lower part of the filling gun head is provided with a liquid plate extended by the cylinder. After filling, the filling head rises and the leakage plate extends to prevent materials from polluting the packaging and conveying line body. The liquid tray is designed for freehand disassembly and can be disassembled without tools for easy cleaning.

Opening and capping part: Using the company's patented technology, it can pack the screw cap head perpendicular to the barrel surface, and can smoothly and easily open and screw the cap, no damage to the cap, no damage to the cap, and high sealing degree of tight cap.
