Prepare necessary safety equipment at the filling site, such as fire extinguishers, and ensure the use of 35kg trolley fire extinguishers or 2 4kg dry powder fire extinguishers.
Use an electrostatic grounding wire to connect to the ground, ensuring that the buried storage tank pipeline is connected to the tanker using an electrostatic grounding clamp.
Prepare empty barrels for filling and require the use of iron barrels.
Prepare adsorbent materials that may leak.
Filling operation:
Flammable liquid filling personnel should wear plastic anti-corrosion gloves, work clothes, and if necessary, gas masks.
The dangerous goods warehouse keeper at the filling site must personally visit the site to ensure the implementation and supervision of safety measures during the filling process of hazardous chemicals.
The filling site operators should concentrate their efforts, control the flow rate of the tanker's packaging pipeline and the volume of the packaging bucket, and ensure that it is not too full. There should be a 5% gap inside the bucket.
During the process of packaging flammable liquids, they should be packaged in barrels with lids properly. It is strictly prohibited to operate without covering the entire barrel after filling.
Full barrels of flammable and hazardous chemicals that have already been filled should be transported to the hazardous goods warehouse for storage in a timely manner, to avoid storing large amounts of barrel materials at the filling site.
When tank trucks are used for outdoor filling of flammable liquids, if the temperature is above 30 ℃, the time should be before 10:00 am or after 4:00 pm.
Filling flammable liquids must be carried out in a dark and ventilated place, and all kinds of fireworks are strictly prohibited on the filling site.
When handling flammable liquid filled empty and full barrels, they should be handled with care to avoid friction and collision between barrels.
During the filling process, non sparking tools should be used, such as copper special tools for opening barrels.
Attention:
After the filling operation is completed, the site should be cleaned up to ensure that there are no flammable liquids piled up and no residual liquid leaks on the ground.
When filling flammable liquids in open air with tank trucks, pay attention to the selection of temperature and time, and avoid filling operations during high temperature periods.
Strictly implement the requirements of avoiding light and ventilation to ensure the safety of the filling process.
Use appropriate tools and equipment for handling and operation to avoid safety hazards caused by friction and collision.
