1. Check before use: Before starting the machine, ensure that the power plug of the filling machine is connected to the 380V power supply and the grounding cable of the housing. The filling machine pressure is between 0.05 and 0.07Mpa. Check motor and bearings for lubricating oil. Oil-free operation is strictly prohibited before normal operation. At the same time, observe whether there is a card on all the storage tank chain plates, whether there is debris on the conveyor belt, whether there is water, electricity and gas cover on the track, and whether there is debris storage cover on the conveyor belt through all the material storage tank chain plates. If there is a bottle of water, when the power and air source are opened, each part of the fastener is loose, and each part of the operation is stable and can be used normally.

2. Check whether safety facilities work properly. Make sure that the valve of the reaction tank is tightly connected to the pipe of the filter device, the filter cloth is intact and not damaged, and the lid is closed with a fastening bolt to ensure that there is no leakage under the packaging pressure. Check all the connection lines of the filling machine to ensure that there is no broken skin and short circuit.

3. Carefully check all the water tank, start before the chain plate or blockage, conveyor belt is there debris, storage cover is there a hat in the oven, water, electricity, gas, wait for the conditions to be ready, then turn off the main power QF, power light on, fault light, stop light is not bright, starting conditions, press the start button on the control box and the starting switch at the filling place. After the buzzer gives three warnings, the whole machine starts to run and enters the automatic working mode of external washing, washing and filling. Press the stop button at the filling place and the control box to stop the machine, and turn off the main power supply after stopping.
